We currently do not deliver to Outlying Islands.
- Order placed before 3PM can arrange delivery on the next day, the earlieat deliver date for orders placed after 3PM will be the day after next.

Delivery special arrangement charge/delivery fee is for one delivery only. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to following:

Sender did not provide the correct or complete information.

No recipient/concierge to sign for the flowers (e.g. recipient is out of town, or moved)
The flowers will be sent back to our shop and second delivery will be rearranged and will be charged a delivery fee.

Typhoon 8 and above & Black Rainstorm Signal: The flowers will be delivered on the next available day.

If the matching flowers/foliage pictured are unavailable, we will substitute this for a flower in a similar style and colour. Please note as with all natural products , the colours shown on the website may vary slightly with each supply of fresh flowers.
